The service

Volya is a browser extension and companion website that provides translation, subtitle translation, vocabulary, and flashcard-study features. Volya is currently free during its beta period, including AI Translation and AI-generated example sentences. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any changes will be described on our pricing page before they take effect.

Accounts

You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Pricing

Volya is free to use during its beta period, and we don't currently bill for any features. If we introduce a paid plan in the future, we'll give notice and describe its terms before any charges apply.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to process content you don't have the right to translate, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users.

Intellectual property

Volya's branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit for translation; using the service doesn't transfer any rights in that content to us.

Service availability

Volya is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including free features, at any time.

Disclaimer

Translations, including AI-generated ones, may contain errors and are provided as-is without warranty of accuracy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
